INGREDIENTS
1 tsp lemon zest
2 tbsp lemon juice
0.5 cup sour cream
2 tbsp heavy cream
0.25 tsp salt
freshly ground black pepper
DIRECTIONS
1. Place zest and lemon juice into small bowl.
2. Whisk in sour cream, heavy cream, salt, and pepper.
3. Crema can be stored in airtight container up to 3d.
