Lemon Aioli with Basil & Capers

This is a great little topping to give a hint of flavor. I guarantee you'll find yourself using your grilled/roasted protein to sop up every drop.

INGREDIENTS:

1 cup mayonnaise

1 tbsp capers, chopped

2 tsp fresh basil, chopped

2 tsp fresh parsley, chopped

2 cloves garlic, minced

juice of 2 lemons


DIRECTIONS:

1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl well.

2. Add salt/pepper to taste.

3. Refrigerate until serving.
