Paprika Dijon Aioli



This is a wonderfully easy sauce to add a little creaminess and spice to your favorite dish!


INGREDIENTS:

0.5 cup mayonnaise (to make this keto friendly, I use the Primal Kitchen one)

3 tbsp Dijon mustard

1 tbsp lemon juice

0.5 tsp lemon zest

1 clove garlic, minced

1 tbsp paprika (this can be varied depending on your desired spice level)


DIRECTIONS:

  1. Combine all ingredients, whisking until smooth.

  2. Can be refrigerated, covered, until desired use.
