I never thought I'd like this since I'm not a huge fan of mustard by itself... but lo and behold. Amazing sauce for salads or to serve on grilled chicken!
Ingredients:
Juice of 1 lemon
Handful of flat-leaf parsley, finely chopped
2 tbsp capers
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
salt and pepper, to taste
extra virgin olive oil
1 tbsp melted butter
Directions:
1. In a medium mixing bowl, whisk together lemon, parsley, capers, Dijon mustard, salt, pepper and butter.
2. Drizzle in olive oil, whisking continuously, until combined.
