Brown Butter Sauce

This sauce is super easy to make but SO flavorful. You'll make it more than once, especially when you realize how easy it is. Remember to use unsalted butter. If you are using salted butter, skip the additional salt.





Ingredients:

0.25 cup unsalted butter

1 tsp chopped fresh oregano or sage leaves

0.5 tsp salt


Directions:

  1. Heat butter, oregano, sand salt in a small skillet over medium-high heat, stirring, until brown flecks appear, about 4 minutes.
