Alfredo Sauce

This sauce is very easy to make, and it's incredible that this can be added to give you some fat macros to your favorite keto-friendly pasta substitute.



Ingredients:

0.5 cup unsalted butter

2 cloves garlic, smashed or minced

2 oz cream cheese

0.3 cup beef bone broth

0.5 cup grated parmesan cheese


Directions:

  1. Heat butter and garlic in a small saucepan over medium heat.

  2. Cook until light golden brown, about 2 min, stirring constantly.

  3. Reduce heat to low, stirring in cream cheese, broth, and parmesan. Simmer for at least 15 min.

  4. Can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 4 days.

Makes a cup (4 servings).
