Chocolate mousse pie

This dessert is light, subtle, and definitely worth making again!

INGREDIENTS:
Pie crust:
3 cups almond flour
6 tbsp keto sweetener
1 tbsp cinnamon
10 tbsp butter (melted) - mix together and then pack into your pie or tart pan.

Whipped cream topping:
1 cup heavy cream
3-4 tbsp keto confectioner sugar
1oz sugar-free chocolate for garnish
DIRECTIONS:
Mix crust ingredients together and mix well, then press into your tart or pie pan
Make the mix as directed. Pour into your crust. Leave in fridge flat for six hours.
Combine heavy cream with keto confectioner sugar and whip until stiff.
Pour whipped cream on top of the chocolate mousse pie.
Garnish with sugar free chocolate shavings
