These were so good that I ate the leftovers as lunch by itself the next day. David found the garlic flavor too heavy, but if you like garlic, you're gonna love this one. I'm adding this to the list of sides to serve with Thanksgiving dinner.
INGREDIENTS
1 bag/package Brussel sprouts
0.5 cup butter
4 tbsp minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
DIRECTIONS
1. Slice sprouts in half longways
2. Heat non-stick skillet over medium heat.
3. Add butter, garlic and sliced sprouts to skillet.
4. Saute sprouts until leave edges start to crisp and brown.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
This recipe serves 4.
